The European Commission is seeking proposals for the creation and operation of a Europe-China Clean Energy Centre (EC²) in China with financial assistance from the Development and Cooperation Instrument. The deadline for submission of proposals is 23rd October 2009. For hand deliveries, the deadline is 23rd October 2009 at 4 PM. An information session on this call for proposals will be held on 15th July 2009 at 10 AM in the European Commission Delegation to China in Beijing.
