Expected expertise:

• Large scale fermentation and/or production of enzymes. Fermentation equipment between 100-3000 liters (Academic or SME)
• Fermentative production of derivatives of aromatic amino acids (Academic or SME)
• Production and commercialisation of Polyamide fibers (preferably SME)
• Sialic acid formulation and application as Nutraceutical or alternative product (preferably SME)
• Formulation and application of ACE blocking peptides as nutraceutical or pharmaceutical (preferably SME)
