- Heusler and Half-Heusler bulk alloys by Vertical Gradient Freeze
- Metal, metal alloys and oxides by PLD
- Nitrides (thin films) by Plasma Magnetron Sputtering
- Advanced materials based on doped-phosphate glasses (II-VI semiconductors, III d transitional ions, rare earth ions) for optoelectronic applications produced by non conventional methods
- Photonic structures based on GaN amorphous and crystalline thin films
- Photonic structures based on SiOx+P2O5 / ITO / SiOx+P2O5 /ITO
- XRD, AFM
- Magneto-optical Kerr effect
- Hall and Van der Paw measurements
- FT-IR, UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy
- Raman spectroscopy
- Ellipsometry
- Expertise in applied electronics, acoustics, underwater acoustics, vibroacoustics, devices for sonochemistry and NDT
- Synthesis and sol-gel method of piezoceramic materials (PbTiO3, PZT) and ceramic/PVDF polymer composites for thin films and applications in sensors and transducers
- Analyse of electric, piezoelectric, dielectric characteristics of piezoceramic materials and composites
- Design, simulation, manufacture and characterization of ultrasound transducers and sensors for acoustics, optoelectronic, and underwater acoustics applications
- Expertise in Nondestructive testing materials
